Report Card: T-Pain Thr33 Ringz

T-Pain has had a significant influence on the the rap game, and now with the release of his third album, T-Pain furthers his steak into becoming one of the games most distinguished sound. With his trademark sound, T-Pain has blessed many hooks turning ok tracks into hot tracks. Thr33 Ringz is not far from his other albums, but no doubt better. Singles like “Can’t Believe It” ft Lil Wayne, and “Chopped and Screwed” ft Ludacris have sored the air waves and keep you dancing in the club. New tracks such as “Digital” ft Tay Dizm and “Therapy” ft Kanye West will no doubt do the same.

The album does feature some funny skits, so if your into that, then i’m sure you will enjoy it. T-Pain has a bonafide list of artists he collaborates with such as Lil Wayne, Ludacris, Diddy, Mary J, Kanye, and plenty more. Thr33 Ringz is well produced, some of the lyrics are good but don’t expect to be amazed. For those of you who like the T-Pain slow songs, he’s got a few nice ones on here but in general If you can take about 23 tracks of T-Pain then I suggest to go out a buy the album. The album drops November 11th.

A Tribute to Julian

It’s a shame that this world can be so cruel. People never know the affect they have on others, especially when you take a life. Our hearts here at the school of ill go out to the Hudson Family…remember to live life and give someone the flowers now instead of later, love your family. Hug and tell your mother, father, brother, sister, son, daughter, and grandchildren that you love them because the sad fact is that you will never know when you might not be able to hug and express your love to them again.

Just Like Me

With the common misconception of the “Miss Independent remix” being his, Jamie Foxx has positioned him self to continue where he left off. ”Just Like Me” featuring T.I. is Foxx’s first single from his up and coming album titled “Man’s Intuition”. “Just Like Me” is a nice mid-tempo track with some nice guitar picks. I’ve heard better from Foxx but “Just Like Me” does the trick. I’m looking forward to see what Foxx has planned for his sophomore album. The album is set to release December 16th 2008.

Common – Universal Mind Control

We Finally got a release date for Com’s new album and according to Billboad its Dec. 9th. I have to admit, I not as excited about the project as I have been the last couple of years, I much more of a Mr. West production fan than the Neptunes. But I will cop none the lest, because I know Com will bring the heat regardless.

The album does feature Com’s Chi-Sibling on such songs as “Punch Drunk Love” and “Sex 4 Sugar,” but it’s looks like Mr West didn’t contribute any production for the project (I guess he was too busy on his own project and BP3). Unfortunately Universal Mind Control production is split between the Neptunes and OutKast cohort Mr. DJ.

Last night on Jay Leno Michelle Obama graced the stage giving the personal side to her and her Family. She disclosed that her husband’s source of strength came from his grandmother who is currently ill.

“She’s doing ok, up and down. But we are just grateful that he took time off and went to see her,” Michelle Obama said.

Obama offered a candid view of the Barack family life, she shared 10-year-old Malia’s reaction to her dad purchasing a 30-minute paid advertisement on national TV:

“You’re going to be on all TV? Are you going to interrupt my TV?” Her mother said Malia asked.

Obama said Barack reassured her that he hadn’t bought time on Disney Channel or Nickelodeon.

She has all her baby names picked out: Samaria, Janarious, Zakelas… AND COURVOISIER! Rayletha says all she needs to take care of a baby is two cans of formula. She kindly suggests that her mom, Teresa, should quit telling her to stop trying to have a baby, or she’ll get another black eye.

Assassination Plot

Two self-described white supremacists have been charged with plotting a “killing spree” against blacks and an assassination attempt on Barack Obama. Daniel Cowart, 20, and Paul Schlesselman, 18, were charged with illegal possession of a sawed-off shotgun, conspiracy to rob a federally licensed gun dealer and making threats against a presidential candidate. Here is Obama’s reaction to the latest threat:

Obama was placed under Secret Service protection in May 2007, which is sooner then other candidates. There have been previous cases involving threats against Obama, both were in august.

A Sad Day Update:Nephew Found

Today police found a child’s body in a GMC Suburban found parked at 1313 s. Kolin on the city’s west side. WBBM-AM Chicago said that a neighbor looked inside the window this morning and spotted a body. The identification of the body is still officially unknown at the moment.More updates to follow…Our Prayers go out to Jennifer Hudson and Family
